• 社内規則およびルールを遵守します。

Organization and System for SSC Group's Compliance

We have set compliance as managerial policy.

　All officers and employees of our group shall observe the following keeping in mind compliance as basic policy of act.

• To observe laws in and outside the country, rules and orders;
• To observe company regulations and rules;
• To observe social rules and ethics.

住友精化のコンプライアンス委員会について

当社は、コンプライアンス（法令遵守）を企業活動の基本とし、その周知徹底を図ることを目的にコンプライアンス委員会を設置しています。（委員長：代表取締役、委員：各担当役員、事務局）

委員会では、次の活動を行っています。

• 1.当社事業活動に関連する法令遵守の徹底
• 2.コンプライアンスプログラムの実行
• 3.コンプライアンスの啓発

SSC Group's Compliance Committee

SSC group has established the compliance committee to keep all officers and employees of our group informed about setting out compliance policy as a basis of corporate activity. (Compliance Committee is chaired by the representative director and comprised of other directors and organizes)

Compliance Committee conducts following activities.

• 1.Thoroughness of compliance relevant our group's business activities;
• 2.Execution of compliance program;
• 3.Enlightenment activities of compliance
